DXtory uses 70 watts of power

Whenever I start DXtory, my GPU heats up over 6c, and system wattage goes up by 70 watts. This is just starting the software, not recording or adjusting settings or anything.

What is causing all this load? Is there a way to get rid of it or lower it.

Neither FRAPS (Full version) or Bandicam (Demo) have this effect.
