Title: [BUG ?] FPS Drop on ver2.0.127

[Event]
After upgrading to the latest version (ver2.0.127) my FPS drops significantly while recording.

[Condition of an event]
It happens simply when I start recording.. it goes from 60 fps to 20/30 for no reason (my hard drive has a speed of 160MB/s), downgrading to the 2.0.126 fixes this problem for me
