Yeah, the title explains almost everything. I am running Windows 10, FX-8350 at 4GHz, 16GB ram, motherboard is Crosshair V formula-Z. GPU is 7970 XFX X2.
I got like 7-8 HDD's/SSD's....
Registered recording drivers are running at 264 MB/s (SSD), 260 MB/s (Second SSD), 121 MB/s (Main HDD on 2 TB).

I can only reach FPS up to 52-55 if i play and record in 720p. Since i play CS:Go a LOT, my quest right here is to at least REACH 60 fps recording, despite in-game performance.
But at best, i'd like to be able to play at 144-200 fps 1080p, while recording at 60 fps 1080p if possible. When considering that most of my system is practically not doing jack sh*t when i record/play at 250-400fps OR, play at 200-250fps and record in 42-47 fps at them same time, i figured that there is something iffy going on.
I mean, the system got no problems transferring big files. If i send any 20-100GB video files across the SSD's OR the hdd, it normally goes insanely fast.
So what exactly is the problem here? I do know for sure that there is something going on with my ram, not being tuned correctly. Also, maybe it would be better to record the footage raw? I mean, i tried to enforce CPU processing with 4 cores, 6 cores and then 8 cores, for then to get no better result. So what is going on?
The codec i use is the Lagarith lossless codec with some random settings that was recommended on the forums.

I'll keep on trying different codecs, different resolutions, fix my motherboard ram setting, e.t.c.... But still. Do i need a new codec? Storage is the least of my issues, i can assure you people that :P

Thanks for replies, have a good weekend!
