Killing Floor, PAYDAY 2 and microphone support

I recently acquired a license of the software after a few friends strongly recommending it to me, and I'm having quite some issues doing what I want with this software.

After some careful assisted setup, I launched a few games I wanted to record, notably Killing Floor and PAYDAY 2, but Dxtory didn't seem to recognize them, as the FPS display didn't appear on top of the screen and there was no target information while I ran the games.

Furthermore, I tried and succeeded recording The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth with the sound and was very satisfied with the quality, but my microphone wasn't included in the recording. I ran several tests to make sure I had selected the right one, and in the end there was nothing to do, I couldn't get Dxtory to record my microphone too.

Could I get some help with these problems ? I'm using the 64 bits version of Windows 8 and an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2640M CPU @ 2.80GHz.
