No, its exact name is "Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview - Build 14295.rs1_release.160318-1628".

I installed that build in a VM and dxtory ran just fine. You're going to have to give more info on your setup.

Is your copy of windows a clean install or upgrade ?

Do you have any Comodo software or other security software installed ?

You can also try the "cleanup" option during install.

I enabled Insider Builds from the latest stable Windows 10 Pro (x64) build, which was a clean install. I do not have any Comodo software installed.

Can you go to dxtory directory open dxtorycore.dll properties and check if digital signature is valid?

I'm using the same Windows 10 release build and having exactly the same issue. Digital signatures of the .dll's appear to be fine. The last line of my bootlog ends abruptly with "DxCore_InitCore" and nothing else. Compatibility mode doesn't work and neither does trying to run Dxtory in safe mode either.
