I have had this issue for a little while now. I don't know whether its because of Lagarith or not but its really annoying as I am not able to make videos. I dont know whether its because I have a delay hook of five or not but its not working.

I assume you mean that when you start recording, it doesn't immediatly start the recording?
If that is the case and by looking at your recording path, it seems that you use that drive for nothing but recording.

Then the cause of this is that the drive is in sleep mode and has to start before Dxtory can actually start recording. The solution is simple (I have the same setup and "issue"):

  • Simply run a benchmark (in the folders tab -> the speedometer icon) and let it finish.
  • Start recording as usual.

Alright sounds good ill try that. My Mic isnt being recorded though with dxtory and I cant figure out why, your fix worked though.
Here is another EI.

How are you trying to play the video/audio?

Dxtory records each audio source on a different track, so you can edit each one idependent of the others. Video players usually only play one audio track, as it is used for different languages.

Im playing the video through VLC and only game sound is there not my mic.

that is because what ClassifyLP just said.

So how can I make it so both tracks run at the same time?

you use video editor and mix them together.

edit: or alternatively you use some audio routing (like virtual audio cables) to route mic and game audio into one "device" which you record in dxtory. But this kind of defeats the whole point.
