Had 2.0.135 installed previously, and had it running once I was prompted to update and once I started installing the update. It asked me to close Dxtory, and it did it automatically, and then I started having these problems even after I uninstalled Dxtory and tried to reinstall. Both times it has asked to close SmartScreen.

Obviously Dxtory doesn't run if I ignore these problems and try to run the program. Running Windows 10 build 14393

Did you try something like this ? :

1.  Reboot and uninstall dxtory ( if installed )
2.  Manually remove the dxtory folder from program files
3.  If you can't remove them, try booting into safe mode and do step 2 again
4.  If successful, install new copy

If it still complains about locked files use something like this to check which process is causing the problem

Using Windows 10 ?  Try the latest version first http://exkode.com/dxtory-downloads-en.html

Yep! Deleting the folder worked, thanks so much.
