Well, is that only after you upload it to YouTube? Because that is normal; YouTube has a bitrate too low for fast moving 1080p videos, try to upscale and upload in 1440p.

If it looks like that before, you are not giving the video enough bitrate.

If it's not that either, please post the environment information as described here: http://forum.exkode.com/index.php?topic=2.0

You are using lagarith, the codec is lossless, there is no bitrate option. The video will always use as high bitrate as is required (which is usually quite a lot).

It's blurry before i upload to youtube. I was trying to record in 1080p but my monitor is only 1600x900 so someone told me to try to put those numbers as my resolution in dxtory. I tried that but now my screen is cute off -.-

So, how did you edit/encode the video? If you exported the video with low bitrate, that would be the reason.

Also, I wouldn't suggest trying to scale in dxtory as that can eat up your performance somewhat. Rather capture in straight up the resolution you are playing and do scaling in editing if you absolutely must.

wait so what do you guys suggest i do? I have the scaling set to 100% i play my game in windowed mode. I use Sony vegas to render my videos and i just render it as 720p now and i use the basic options given with that option. It's a lot more blurry when i upload it to youtube too if that helps. i just reazlied tht btw

is your video blurry in vegas -> shouldn't be possible since you use lagarith

is your video clear in vegas -> it is blurry afterwards? -> renderder with higher bitrate in vegas.

The quality after recording is already garbage but rendering makes it even worse THEN once it reaches youtube it's just this choppy blurry mess. Can someone please give me some other than telling me to raise the bitrate. It has to be my setting on Dxtory or something because there's no way this program should be that blurry.

Lagarith is a lossless codec, the quality should be indistinguishable to the game. You should seek help with Vegas to set up a correct profile for rendering.
