Payment went through but I haven't got an email

  I bought Dxtory yesterday but I haven't received an email yet so I emailed support and haven't gotten a reply there either. I'm not sure what the issue is so I thought I would make a thread here as well encase there is something wrong with my email.

and you checked the spam/trash folders too?

You could try re-sending the license with this: http://exkode.com/lic/publish-en.php

Yeah, I have been. I also tried that link already, the request is successful but I never get the email. I've already emailed support but haven't received a reply.

So I emailed the support account from another email address and finally got a response(and my issues were resolved). I guess something very odd is going on with my other email account.
