[Bug] - Pressing a key to record does not work immediately with Siege.

- When playing Rainbow Six: Siege, as soon as I press F9 it doesn't record. I have to tab out in order to enable the record, rather than pressing it in-game or on the spot for a moment.

Note: This doesn't happen with other games.
