Issue with overlay and video

Hello , theres 2 issues i am having trouble with ! First its the overlay every time i record it shows up on my video an overlay of Dxtory.com as shown on the screenshot below ! I am a fully registered user so thats not the issue in case someones wondering . Second issue is that when i watch back the recorded video its super laggy with just 5-10 fps , but when i am recording theres no lag what so ever . Any ideas on how to fix the issues ? Thanks !
