DXtory Crashing when attempting to build 64bit cache

The title says it all. When I have tried the most 2 recent patches, the encoder crashes when it tries to build the 64bit cache. Any idea of what is causing it, or if there is a work around?

It doesnt get that far. The installer is broken. I cant submit anything because the installer crashes when i try to run it.

I think that other programs are the causes.
I do not know it.
