Dxtory wont start

Dxtory wont start at all, the process shows up in the task manager but soon goes away. No error comes up on the screen or anything.

Content output to ErrorLog.txt, Dxtory_log.txt or CapConv_log.txt.

None of these files are in my Dxtory 2.0 file..

[Dxtory Version]
Ex) 2.0.122

[CPU]
Intel i7 2600k @ 3.40Ghz

[OS]
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit Service pack 1

I have seen the other threads about Dxtory not starting and it always seems to be an anti virus program, even with no anti virus this still happens to me :/

There are only 2 files in C:\Users\(USER NAME)\AppData\Local\Dxtory Software\Dxtory2.0\

intfaddrcache.bin
and
intfaddrcache64.bin

Nothing else.
Why would this be?

Was the file downloaded from the official site used?
Please install ver2.0.123.

I have installed both versions available from this site and both do the same thing.

Both also only have those 2 files in C:\Users\(USER NAME)\AppData\Local\Dxtory Software\Dxtory2.0\

No idea what might be causing this?
