Turtle Beach X12 No Gameplay Audio

I would like to record my gameplay and voice using Steam/Dxtory. My mic works fine but when I play a video that I recorded using Dxtory the actual gameplay audio is extremely low. So my voice sounds crystal clear but the audio is just too low. If I listen to music or any other media the audio is perfect. So I guess its an issue with Dxtory?? I used another program similar to Dxtory and I have no issues.

Everything is plugged in fine. I use Realtek HD Audio Manager to manage devices and everything looks fine. My cousin and I have the same setup just different motherboards and OS. I have an ASUS and Win 7, he uses MSI with Win 8. On my setup the X12 icon is a speaker even though I changed it to headset. My cousin's setup shows headset. I don't know what the problem could be, any help?
