Need help configuring Dxtory on new system build

Hello all...Thanks in advance for anyone that can help. I've searched the forums and YouTube, but can't seem to come up with any current info regarding the configuration of Dxtory. I've tried the trial version and I want to purchase the full program, but I'm confused on how to set it up properly with the new gaming rig I just built. Specs are as follows:

Intel core i7 4930K proc (6 core)
Asus Rampage IV Black Edition mobo
16 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133 MHZ DDR 3 Ram
Corsair RM 1000 watt power supply
Nvidia GeForce GTX 780ti 3 GB GDDR5 graphics card
Corsair Neutron GTX 240 GB SSD BOOT drive with a few programs
Western digital Blue 1 TB 7200 rpm storage drive
Windows 8.1 Professional

I'm not experiencing a bug or problem yet, I just want to know how to configure dxtory settings to match my system specs...do I still need to do the environment report?
