Dxtory Suddenly Refuses to Recognize License

Recently my Dxtory has just completely stopped acknowledging that it is a purchased version. I scoured my computer for the license, checked my email and I cannot find it anywhere, is there anything I can do other than buy it again because that's pretty frustrating that one day it kind of just decides not to work anymore...
