FPS Drop

When I start recording, it records at a good fps for like 5 seconds before dropping  Please help

How significant is the drop? Dxtory usually drops it by 10. Also did you do a writing speed test on your Hard drive? Slower than 70 usually has an impact on FPS. Also it may depend on the codec you are using for recording and decoding. Please look at your settings and report back.

It does in fact drop by 10, and my write speed is 51
