Video Stutters + No Sound

Just purchased DXTORY and have had terrible luck getting it to work.

My equipment
Monitor: 29" LG Freesync monitor (2560x1080)
CPU: i7 4770K
GPU: MSI AMD 390
RAM: 16GB

Attempted to use Lagarith, MAXTOR, and UtVideo and all of them have yielded the same results more or less. Video is very choppy and the only thing thatll record is my mic. I did install voicemeter and VAC so I could separate my Discord volume and game volume but again thats not working when recording.

sometimes this depends on what you play the video back with, have you tried different media player software for this? (windows media player, vlc, mpchc, etc.) they all seem to treat videos differently.
also some media player software wont support the separate audio channels (one for the game and one for discord etc.). the audio will still be in the file, but the player will only play one track, or none at all. most video editing software should show all the separate tracks though.
