!GPU and !ENCODE error at the same time.

Hello,
The first three months that i was using Dxtory I didnt had any problems recording my game footage. No error signs and l had no lag at all.
However since a week or two I get the !ENCODE and !GPU error with every game I play! When I look back at the recordings it freezes so now and then.

Does someone know what could cause the problem?

Can somebody help me, plssss???

Try a clean install of Dxtory. Odd things can happen when you update sometimes, that's why I always tick Cleanup when updating.

I even did a full reinstall of my computer... Without any luck,  still get the same !ENCODE and !GPU error when i am playing a game.
Is there a possibility to get a refund on my account.. paid 30 EUR and the aplication simply doesnt work for me.

Matrox is a terrible, over 20 year old codec, that's probably why. Use x264vfw or a lossless codec (MagicYUV, UtVideo).

Well, there are alot of settings with x264vfw.

Also those aren't errors, it just means your GPU isn't fast enough. Does it happen with all games?

That usually means that the encoder (x264vfw) can't keep up. Make a screenshot of the settings of x264vfw and attach it.

I would suggest trying to record with Lagarith Lossless Codec. It may solve your issue.

An I-frame every frame could be a reason (--keyint 1). Usual values are 10 times the framerate, so in your case 600.

If it really doesn't work, you can try a lossless codec (MagicYUV, UtVideo or Lagarith). Those aren't as CPU/GPU heavy.
